amazing stay!

great discountelite desksea view

i booked directly and got a great discount as a gold elite member. the concierge greeted me right away and handled my luggage, they even took me to the elite desk. i arrived early (around 9:30 am!) and they upgraded my room to a sea view! they gave me access to the m club as a special promotion, i was one of the lucky chosen person.

the gym got a little crowded during peak hours, making it slightly difficult to use my favorite equipment.

my room was upgraded to a m club king bedwith access to the club lounge and complimentary perks. the private balcony was a highlight, and i really appreciated the direct access to the beach and the kids club access.

i thoroughly enjoyed the cleanliness and variety of restaurants. the location is amazing with easy access to the beach. i also appreciated the kids club which kept my children entertained. the pool is big and clean, it secure hotel.

the kids club staff member on duty was speaking to the children in a rude manner. she showed an annoyed face when we entered the playground. she told my children not to touch the toys and repeatedly asked them to leave the play area.
